Brussels: On 25-Nov-03, the European Volunteer Centre (CEV) will join, its members and other international and regional networks and organizations, in a celebration of volunteering in Europe on 25 November 2003 in the European Parliament, Brussels. The event will celebrate International Volunteer Day; consisting of an exhibition on volunteering throughout Europe, with a reception and a variety of speeches on volunteer issues.
