Sudanese President becomes first national volunteer for peace campaign 
President Omar al-Bashir signing as the first volunteer for the National Volunteer Register  in Sudan.

Khartoum, Sudan: As Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir declared 11 June as National Volunteers Day, he registered himself as the first volunteer for a national campaign for peace and development in the country, in a meeting with volunteer organizations.  Read article

Dentists volunteer to offer free treatment 
Here is the final report of the results of our activity on the IVD 2005. We partnered with the Sudanese Oral Health Association, who came up with 12 dentists and 18 final year dental students from the University of Khartoum to volunteer. Two dentists supervised the medical camp.  Read entry
