The volunteer manager's role in achieving quality standards in volunteering London, UK This new and innovative programme is aimed at those who are working within larger organizations with responsibility for developing and promoting good volunteering practice. This 2-day training course and action learning programme will develop skills as an internal volunteering consultant. As a result, participants will be able to influence change and ensure that volunteering is developed strategically and recognized at all levels within the organisation. The course will be using the Investing in Volunteers standard as a model for best practice.
To maximise the 2-day course, you have the option of joining the Action Learning programme. This will offer each participant the chance to work with others (who have completed the course), forming a "think-tank" of consultants, who meet on a monthly basis to explore and resolve issues for them as internal consultants.
