MA courses on Youth Development

Sriperumbudur, India: The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in Tamil Nadu, India, has launched five Masters programmes focusing on youth development.  RGNIYD is the only institution in India with the specific academic programmes focused on youth work and development.
 
The following MA programmes (four semesters) are offered.
 
1. MA Youth Empowerment
2. MA Career Counselling
3. MA Gender Studies
4. MA Local Governance
5. MA Life Skills Education
 
Courses are expected to start in July 2008.  The last date for receipt of application forms is 25 June 2008.
