Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international humanitarian organisation that provides emergency medical aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 60 countries.  MSF provides aid where it is most needed, regardless of race, religion, or politics, and strives to raise awareness of the plight of the people we assist.  MSF teams are composed of international volunteers and skilled local staff. InterAction 
InterAction seeks volunteers who are interested in working with refugees --  hosting a refugee while they find work, tutoring refugees and their children to help further their general education or learn a new language, or even organize a fundraiser, collect items to donate such as blankets, clothing, food, medical items, etc.  Visit site
