What will you do for peace on 21 September?
29 May 2006

2006 brings new opportunities to inform and engage people around the world in observing and celebrating the International Day of Peace on 21 September. Together we can meet the goal of pledged commitments in every country for the first time in the Peace Day’s history. This dynamic and exciting possibility is within our reach, but we need your help.

It doesn’t matter how you choose to observe the Peace Day. What matters is that you make a commitment to do something on the Day. Your commitment to the Peace Day will make a difference.

Please email us your commitment so that we can post it on the website to inspire others to get involved.

If possible, send us photos or film footage of your action on the Day, as we plan to include as many as possible in the sequel to the first Peace One Day film.

Ask your friends to visit the Peace One Day website and list their commitment. By working together there will be Peace One Day.
