This website provides space for discussion of issues and access to various communication tools. The user agrees that his/her communications shall be proper and related to the relevant issues. Discussion forum
While the administrators and moderators of the discussion forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is not possible to review every message. The member of the forum acknowledges that all posts made to this forum express the views and opinions of the author and not of the administrators and moderators (except for those personally posted by these people) and hence they will not be held liable.

Members will not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to the member being immediately and permanently banned (and his/her service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
